About the project

This private coastal residence was developed to showcase both the architecture and the lifestyle offered by the home. Designed around generous glazing, carefully framed views and a restrained material palette, the scheme embraces a calm, light-filled aesthetic that connects the interior spaces with the surrounding landscape and distant coastline.

Alongside a series of photorealistic still images, a collection of social-first animations and a cinematic short film were produced to present the project across multiple platforms. Particular emphasis was placed on the quality of natural light, minimalist interiors and the seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a visual narrative that helped communicate the home's character and appeal to prospective buyers.
